the Federal Reserve, based on the Treasury Department's latest

The statutory debt limit is $9.815 trillion.

The Treasury said it issued $809 million in individual
income tax refunds, including $651 million in tax rebate
payments issued under the Economic Stimulus Act of 2008, and
$56 million in corporate income tax refunds.
