New Issue-Regal Cinemas sells $400 mln in 10-yr notes

  July 9 (Reuters) - Regal Cinemas Corp, a unit of theater
chain operator Regal Entertainment Group (RGC.N), on Thursday
sold $400 million of notes in the 144a private placement
market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
  The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned $300 million.
  Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, and JP Morgan were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
