Zelaya plans Honduras return "by any means"-Chavez
CARACAS, July 10 (Reuters) - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said on Friday ousted Honduran President Manuel Zelaya is planning to return to Honduras "by water, air or land, by any means," despite talks in Costa Rica aimed at resolving a coup crisis.
