Pampa Holding 1st-qtr profit 49.2 mln pesos

BUENOS AIRES, May 12 (Reuters) - Argentine energy group Pampa Holding SA (PAM.BA) said on Monday its first-quarter net profit was 49.2 million pesos ($15.4 million), without providing a comparative figure.

Pampa, controlled by the local Grupo Dolphin, is the second most heavily weighted stock on Argentina's MerVal index .MERV It holds stakes in power companies Edenor SA (EDN.BA) and Transener (TRA.BA), and has interests in the real estate and food sectors.
