NEW YORK, July 13 (Reuters) - Alon (ALJ.N) said on Monday that the diesel hydrotreater at its 67,000 barrel-per-day Big Spring, Texas, refinery was still running at reduced rates after a weekend power outage.

The company said the repairs on the unit would likely be completed by next Sunday, and that the rest of the refinery was running at normal rates. (Reporting by Richard Valdmanis)
