MEXICO CITY, May 13 (Reuters) - Mexican stocks jumped on Tuesday, driven by gains in top retailer Wal-Mart de Mexico (WALMEXV.MX: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) and miner Penoles (PENOLES.MX: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz).
The benchmark IPC stock index .MXX rose 0.97 percent to 30,934 points. (Reporting by Michael O'Boyle)
