Intrepid Potash boosts size of planned IPO

WASHINGTON, April 17 (Reuters) - Intrepid Potash Inc on Thursday raised the expected terms of its planned initial public offering to 30 million shares at $27 to $29 each.

The company had previously planned an IPO of 24 million shares at an estimated price of $24 to $26 each.

Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley are the lead underwriters for the IPO, Intrepid Potash said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. (Reporting by Karey Wutkowski)
