Mexico's Penoles to pay 2.38 pesos/share Nov. 5

MEXICO CITY, Oct 27 (Reuters) - Mexican miner Penoles (PENOLES.MX) said on Tuesday it would pay a 2.38 pesos-per-share dividend on Nov. 5.

The dividend, announced at the annual shareholder meeting on Feb. 24, will be paid at the company's Mexico city offices, a statement from Penoles said.

Penoles, a base metals miner, also controls the world's largest primary silver producer Fresnillo (FRES.L) and is set to report its third-quarter financial results this week. (Reporting by Mica Rosenberg; Editing by Tim Dobbyn)
