UPDATE 1-Exxon says no impact from shut Tex FCC boiler
(Updates with spokeswoman saying no output impact)
NEW YORK, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM.N) said Friday production was not affected by the mid-week shutting of a gasoline-making fluid catalytic cracker CO boiler at its 348,500 barrel-per-day Beaumont, Texas, refinery.
"We anticipate no impact to production ... the shutdown of the CO boiler will not impact production," Kathleen Jackson, a spokeswoman for Exxon, said when asked about a company filing late Thursday on the event.
A malfunction of the boiler feedwater pump caused the shutdown of the CO Boiler on Wednesday, noted the filing with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. (Reporting by Haitham Haddadin; Editing by John Picinich)
