POSCO E&C wins $1.31 bln Chile plant order

SEOUL, April 7 (Reuters) - South Korean builder POSCO Engineering & Construction Co said on Monday it had won a $1.31 billion order to build two coal power plants in Chile.

POSCO E&C secured the deal from AES Gener, a Chile unit of U.S. power company AES Corp (AES.N), the South Korean constructor said in a statement. (Reporting by Cheon Jong-woo; Editing by Keiron Henderson)
