SEOUL, July 25 (Reuters) - South Korea's Samsung Electronics (005930.KS), the world's top maker of memory chips, said on Friday it was not considering cutting output of LCD flat panels and would keep its double digit sales growth target for 2008.

Samsung, also world No.1 LCD producer, said earlier on Friday that its LCD (liquid crystal display) business was facing risks of falling demand due to a slow global economy and supply growth. (Reporting by Rhee So-eui; Editing by Keiron Henderson
