Nippon Steel, ArcelorMittal delay US auto sheet plan
TOKYO, Dec 4 (Reuters) - Nippon Steel Corp (5401.T), the world's second-biggest steelmaker, said on Thursday it and ArcelorMittal (MT.N)(ISPA.AS) had decided to delay plans to double auto sheet production capacity at their U.S. joint venture I/N Kote.
Nippon Steel said the plans would be put off until demand in the U.S. car market shows a recovery. (Reporting by Yuko Inoue)
