TOKYO, April 11 (Reuters) - Japan's top government spokesman said on Friday he hoped the Group of Seven finance ministers and central bank governors meeting in Washington would send a positive message to help achieve stability in the global economy and currencies.
Chief Secretary Nobutaka Machimura also said Japanese representatives would likely explain to G7 counterparts the nation's experience of injecting public funds into the banking sector to resolve past financial crises.
