Japan new vice finmin: must restore fiscal health

TOKYO, July 14 (Reuters) - Japan's new top finance bureaucrat Yasutake Tango said on Monday it would be important to restore Japan's fiscal health when the economy recovers, adding that he would do his utmost to support the economy for now.

"Making efforts to maintain fiscal sustainability will lead to a sense of security," Tango told a news conference. (Reporting by Tetsushi Kajimoto)
