Nippon Mining to start output at oil unit by 2011
TOKYO, May 8 (Reuters) - Nippon Mining Holdings Inc (5016.T: Quote, Profile, Research) aims to start operations at a new heavy oil cracking unit by 2011, the president of the company said on Thursday.
Nippon Mining's oil refining unit, Japan Energy Corp, is considering building the unit with a capacity of around 25,000-30,000 barrels per day at its Kashima refinery, President Mitsunori Takahagi told a news conference. (Reporting by Chikafumi Hodo)
