Taiwan stocks open flat, techs fall on weaker Q4

 TAIPEI, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Taiwan stocks opened almost flat
on Tuesday after falling for five straight sessions, pressured by
technology shares such as TSMC (2330.TW) after they forecast flat
or weaker sales in the fourth quarter.
 The main TAIEX share index  opened up 0.06 percent at
7,339.36. TSMC (TSM.N), the world's largest contract chip maker,
fell 0.5 percent, while the electronics sub-index .TELI inched
up 0.04 percent.
