Apria Healthcare quarterly profit rises

CHICAGO, Feb 7 (Reuters) - Apria Healthcare Group AHG.N, a home health care company, said on Wednesday quarterly profit rose, helped by cost controls and higher sales.

Profit rose to $21.1 million, or 49 cents per share, from $19.5 million, or 43 cents per share, a year earlier.

Net income included 3 cents per share in one-time gains.

Net revenue rose 8.7 percent to $391 million, exceeding analysts' average estimate of $385.6 million.
