--The maker of products used in the production of paper
said latest fourth quarter net income included environmental
expense of $3.1 million, stock based compensation costs of $1.0
million and restructuring and impairment expenses of $2.6
million.

--For the latest fourth quarter, three analysts on average
had expected the company to earn 19 cents a share, excluding
any exceptional items, according to Reuters Estimates.
