Finisar to restate certain results after options review

June 12 (Reuters) - Finisar Corp. (FNSR.O) said a review found incorrect measurement dates for certain stock option grants and that it would restate some results to record related charges.

The communications equipment company said the amount of the charges have not been determined but it may materially impact results for fiscal periods 2000 through 2007.

The company said its revenue for the fourth quarter would be $97.3 million. Analysts on average were expecting $97 million, according to Reuters Estimates. (Reporting by Supantha Mukherjee in Bangalore)
