CHICAGO, March 28 (Reuters) - Boeing Co (BA.N) on Friday said it has agreed to buy Vought Aircraft Industries' interest in Global Aeronautica LLC, a South Carolina fuselage subassembly facility for Boeing's 787 Dreamliner, for an undisclosed price.

On completion of the deal, Global Aeronautica would be a 50-50 joint venture between Boeing and Alenia North America, which is a unit of Italy's Alenia Aeronautica, the company said. Alenia is part of Finmeccanica SpA (SIFI.MI). Boeing said the transaction would not affect its current financial outlook. (Reporting by Kyle Peterson, editing by Gerald E. McCormick)
