Sept 16 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 0600 GMT on Wednesday.

** Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMY.N) said it will sell Asia rights to over-the-counter drugs and its Indonesian unit to Japan's Taisho Pharmaceutical 4535.T for $310 million, its seventh deal aimed at helping it focus on prescription drugs. To read more, please double click on [nT268590]

** Japan's Taisho Pharmaceutical 4535.T said it will pay $310 million for a 98 percent stake in Bristol-Myers Squibb Indonesia (SQBB.JK) and the firm's brand assets, aiming to expand its operations in Asia. [nTFD006368]

** Adobe Systems Inc (ADBE.O) plans to pay $1.8 billion for fast-growing business software maker Omniture Inc OMTR.O as the maker of Photoshop and Acrobat looks to turn around declining sales. [nN15465772]

** China's No. 2 nickel miner Jilin Jien Nickel Industry (600432.SS) and Canadian Goldbrook Ventures Inc GBK.V extended its offer to acquire Canadian Royalties Inc CZZ.TO by a month to Oct. 15. [nBNG526367]
