MADRID, Dec 28 (Reuters) - Spanish services-to-buildling firm ACS (ACS.MC) said on Friday it had bought New Jersey, United States-based construction firm Schiavone Construction Co for $150 million.
The purchase was carried out through ACS's subsidiary Dragados Inversiones USA, the firm said in a statement to the stock exchange. (Reporting by Sonya Dowsett)
