LONDON, Sept 8 (Reuters) - The following corporate finance-related stories involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by media on Monday:

* U.S. cigarette maker Altria Group Inc (MO.N) has agreed to buy Skoal and Copenhagen smokeless tobacco maker UST Inc UST.N for about $10.3 billion, the Wall Street Journal said [ID:nWNAB9818].

* A stake in India's Firstsource (FISO.BO), a leading business-process outsourcing company, has been put up for sale, the Financial Times reported [ID:nHKG213103].

* Wyle Laboratories is in the final stages of a sale process worth about $600 million that could be completed by the end of this month, the Financial Times reported, citing people close to the process.
