ACS says no decision yet on Union Fenosa sale
MADRID, July 24 (Reuters) - ACS (ACS.MC: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) is in talks with various companies about the sale of its 45 percent stake in Union Fenosa (UNF.MC: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) and has come to no decision yet, it said on Thursday.
On Thursday, Expansion newspaper reported that rival Spanish utility Gas Natural (GAS.MC: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) was considering buying ACS's stake in Union Fenosa and launching a cash bid for the rest.
