Visto to acquire Good Technology from Motorola
NEW YORK, Feb 23 (Reuters) - Privately held mobile e-mail provider Visto said on Monday that it has agreed to buy Good Technology from Motorola Inc (MOT.N).
A representative for Visto confirmed the deal and said that the company would reveal more details in a statement.
Motorola, which has been struggling to stem market share losses in its mobile phone business, declined to comment. The deal was reported on the Wall Street Journal Web site earlier on Monday.
