TOKYO, Jan 25 (Reuters) - Private equity firm The Carlyle Group [CYL.UL] said on Friday it has acquired the land and buildings of the Bon Sejour Grand resident-paid nursing homes, for 14.6 billion yen ($136 million) from scandal-hit Japansese staffing service company Goodwill Group (4723.T: Quote, Profile, Research).

Earlier this month, the government ordered Goodwill to shut 67 branches for four months and other branches for two months after it was found to have sent staff to jobs that temporary staff are not legally allowed to do.
