AMSTERDAM, Jan 14 (Reuters) - Bourse operator NYSE Euronext (NYX.N)(NYX.PA) said on Monday it plans to buy privately-held Wombat Financial Software for $200 million in cash.
NYSE Euronext said the acquisition of Wombat, which offers a high speed market data and messaging platform, was expected to close early in the second quarter and would contribute to group earnings in 2009. (Reporting by Niclas Mika)
