NEW YORK, Sept 20 (Reuters) - NetScout Systems Inc (NTCT.O) said on Thursday it agreed to buy privately held Network General Corp for about $205 million in a combined cash, stock, and debt transaction.
NetScout said for fiscal 2009, the combined company will about double NetScout's current revenue rate. (Reporting by Lewis Krauskopf, editing by Paul Bolding)
