Dell to buy software services co Everdream

NEW YORK, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Dell Inc (DELL.O) said on Thursday it would acquire privately held Everdream Corp, a software services company whose products help companies manage via the Web their personnel working outside the office.

Financial terms and an expected closing date were not disclosed. Dell said the purchase would help it extend remote management from servers or printers to desktop computers, laptops and other devices on a global basis. (Reporting by Michele Gershberg)
