NEW YORK, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Playboy Enterprises Inc. (PLA.N) does not plan to go private, the company said on Tuesday.
Playboy shares rose 3 cents, or less than 1 percent, to $10.90 after trading as high as $11.24 earlier on Tuesday on the New York Stock Exchange.
