LONDON, May 23 (Reuters) - British bank Barclays Plc (BARC.L) said on Wednesday it expects to publish its offer document for its planned 64 billion euro ($86.1 billion) takeover of Dutch rival ABN AMRO AAH.AS in about six weeks.
