Omnicell to buy mobile cart technology maker for $26 mln

Nov 30 (Reuters) - Omnicell Inc. (OMCL.O) said it agreed to acquire privately held Rioux Vision Inc, which designs mobile cart technology, for about $26 million in cash.

Mountain View, California-based Omnicell, which provides patient safety technology, expects the deal to boost its 2008 revenue growth by about 5 percent to 6 percent, but hurt its earnings by about 5 cents a share. (Reporting by John Tilak in Bangalore; Editing by Anil D'Silva)
