StoneMor signs deal to buy or manage 45 cemeteries

Dec 4 (Reuters) - StoneMor Partners L.P. (STON.O) said it agreed buy or manage 45 cemeteries and 30 funeral homes and one pet cemetery from Service Corporation International (SCI.N) for about $68 million in cash.

The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter, the operator of cemteries said in a statement. (Reporting by Jennifer Robin Raj in Bangalore)
