Oct 5 (Reuters) - Computer services company Perot Systems Corp (PER.N) said Community Health Systems Inc (CYH.N) plans to end the service agreements that Perot signed with Triad Hospitals Inc, following Community Health's acquisition of Triad.
Community Health will pay Perot a termination fee and will reimburse it for certain shutdown costs. (Reporting by Avishek Mishra in Bangalore)
