Tetra Tech buys New York-based services firm

April 17 (Reuters) - Construction and engineering company Tetra Tech Inc. (TTEK.O) said it bought New York-based wind energy services firm, Delaney Group, to expand its alternative energy business.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Delaney Group had revenue of about $60 million in 2006, the company said in a statement. The deal is expected to add to Tetra Tech's earnings per share in fiscal year 2007, it added. (Reporting by Aditi Samajpati in Bangalore)
