April 16 (Reuters) - DG FastChannel Inc. (DGIT.O) said it will buy Point.360's (PTSX.O) advertising distribution operations.
Under the deal, each Point.360 share will be exchanged for about 0.2252 share of DG FastChannel common stock.
Point.360 will spin off its remaining businesses to its stockholders. (Reporting by Deepti Chaudhary in Bangalore)
