GSI Commerce to acquire e-Dialog for $157 mln
Jan 24 (Reuters) - Provider of Internet commerce services GSI Commerce Inc (GSIC.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said it agreed to buy privately held e-Dialog Inc in a cash and stock deal worth $157 million to expand its interactive marketing services in the U.S. and Europe.
The $157 million includes cash of $147.8 million and restricted shares of GSI valued at $9.2 million.
