R.H. Donnelley to buy Business.com for $345 mln
July 26 (Reuters) - Yellow pages publisher R.H. Donnelley Corp. (RHD.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said it agreed to acquire Business.com, a Web-based marketing directory, for $345 million in cash and deferred purchase consideration.
Business.com is expected to generate revenues of greater than $50 million in 2007, the company said in a statement.
The deal is expected to close in the third quarter, it added.
