Feb 7 (Reuters) - Beazer Homes USA Inc (BZH.N) shareholder Deutsche Bank AG reported a 9.22 percent passive stake in the homebuilder, according to a regulatory filing.
Deutsche Bank said the stake gives it ownership and sole voting power over about 3.6 million shares. (Reporting by Shivani Singh in Bangalore)
