Deutsche Bank reports 9.22 pct stake in Beazer Homes
Feb 7 (Reuters) - Beazer Homes USA Inc (BZH.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) shareholder Deutsche Bank AG reported a 9.22 percent passive stake in the homebuilder, according to a regulatory filing.
Deutsche Bank said the stake gives it ownership and sole voting power over about 3.6 million shares. (Reporting by Shivani Singh in Bangalore)
