Mexico's Carstens says could hike if inflation rises again

MEXICO CITY, Nov 7 (Reuters) - Mexico’s central bank could tighten borrowing costs soon if the annual inflation rate begins to rise again, but a price spike likely peaked in September, central bank chief Agustin Carstens said on Wednesday.
