Beyonce stays ahead of Fall Out Boy atop Hot 100

NEW YORK (Billboard) - Beyonce's "Irreplaceable" once again edges out Fall Out Boy's "This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race" at No. 1 on the Hot 100, enjoying the top spot for the ninth week.

"This Ain't a Scene" sits at No. 2 for a second week.

Nelly Furtado's "Say It Right" keeps the No. 3 spot warm on the big chart for a second week but becomes her second hit to reach the summit on the Pop 100, sliding up from No. 3. Daughtry's "It's Not Over" achieves a new peak on the Hot 100, moving from No. 6 to No. 4, while Akon's "I Wanna Love You" featuring Snoop Dogg slips from No. 4 to No. 5.

Akon is also featured on Gwen Stefani's "The Sweet Escape," this week's greatest digital sales gainer, which ascends 19-6. It's Stefani's second top 10 hit from the album "The Sweet Escape," following "Wind It Up," which peaked at No. 6.

"Runaway Love" by Ludacris featuring Mary J. Blige rises 11-7 and is this week's greatest airplay gainer. Jim Jones' "We Fly Hight" falls 5-8 as Fergie's "Fergalicious" dips 7-9. Justin Timberlake scores his third top 10 hit in a row with "What Goes Around ... Comes Around," moving 13-10; the singer previously topped the chart with "SexyBack" and "My Love" featuring T.I.

British pop singer Lily Allen's "Smile," which topped the singles chart in her homeland, bows at No. 83 to earn this week's top debut honors. Her Capitol debut, "Alright, Still," arrived Tuesday in the United States.

The Shins continue to have a big week, as the group scores its first Billboard Hot 100 single with "Phantom Limb," bowing at No. 86. The rock troupe's "Wincing the Night Away" (Sub Pop) debuted at a career-best No. 2 this week on the Billboard 200. Pretty Ricky, who scored the No. 1 spot on the chart with "Late Night Special" (Atlantic), leaps 72-12 on the Hot 100 with "On the Hotline" after its release to digital retailers.

Other debuts include Brooks & Dunn's "Hillybilly Deluxe" at No. 92, My Chemical Romance's "Famous Last Words" at No. 93, Good Charlotte's "The River" featuring M. Shadows and Synyster Gates at No. 97, Kenny Chesney's "Beer in Mexico" at No. 98 and Musiq Soulchild's "Buddy" at No. 100.
