NEW YORK (Billboard) - Young reggae singer Sean Kingston's "Beautiful Girls" logged a second week in the top spot on the Hot 100 singles chart with "Beautiful Girls."

The 17-year-old newcomer also boasted the Hot 100's top debut at No. 28 with "Me Love," the first time an artist has scored this double since Beyonce's "Irreplaceable" and "Listen" in January. Kingston's self-titled debut album opened at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 Wednesday.

Black-Eyed Peas singer Fergie's "Big Girls Don't Cry," rebounded one place to No. 2 in its 16th week on the Hot 100. Pop-punk band Plain White T's' former No. 1, "Hey There Delilah," slipped one to No. 3, while Timbaland's "The Way I Are" featuring Keri Hilson was up one to No. 4. Rihanna's "Umbrella" slipped one to No. 5.

At No. 6 was Kanye West's Daft Punk-sampling "Stronger," which debuted last week at No. 47. Rapper T-Pain's "Bartender" featuring Akon slipped one to No. 7, followed by Hurricane Chris' "A Bay Bay" (up two), Fabolous' "Make Me Better" featuring Ne-Yo (unchanged), and Shop Boyz' "Party Like a Rockstar" (down three).

The only other debuts on the Hot 100 came from Dierks Bentley's "Free and Easy (Down the Road I Go)" at No. 89, Luke Bryan's "All My Friends Say" at No. 90, and Robin Thicke's "Can U Believe" at No. 100.
