LONDON (Billboard) - American heavy metal band Metallica will launch its album "Death Magnetic" with two budget-priced shows in Europe, including the first show at the new 17,000-capacity O2 World arena in Berlin.

The Berlin show takes place September 12, the global release date for "Death Magnetic" (Warner Bros.). Tickets will be priced at 10 euros ($14).

On September 15, Metallica will play the London O2 arena, with tickets priced at 5 pounds ($9).

Proceeds from both shows go to local charities.

Ticket details will be confirmed later this week, although the sale will be open only to registered members of the group's fan club and Mission Metallica sites.
