Vietnam picks three foreign banks for $1 bln bonds
HANOI, July 23 (Reuters) - Vietnam has selected Britain's Barclays (BARC.L: Quote, Profile, Research), Citigroup Inc. (C.N: Quote, Profile, Research) and Deustche Bank AG (DBKGn.DE: Quote, Profile, Research) to manage a $1 billion dollar bond issue, the country's second sovereign issue, financial sources said on Monday.
"We have selected the three banks for the issue, which is scheduled before the end of September," a source close to the project said.
