BRMALLS files for public offering, gets investor
PHILADELPHIA, Sept 3 (Reuters) - BRMALLS Participacoes SA, the largest shopping mall company in Brazil, said on Monday it filed for a public offering, with Private Equity International buying up to $75 million in shares.
BRMALLS, which owns 27 malls and manages 38 others, said its current shareholders would have priority rights in the offering.
