Chile's Enjoy IPO prices at 50 pesos per share

SANTIAGO, July 8 (Reuters) - The board of Chilean casino operator Enjoy ENJ.SN has agreed to fix the price of an initial public offering it is set to launch later on Wednesday at 50 pesos per share, Chile's market regulator said.

Enjoy, which operates casinos in Chile and Argentina, is set to offer a 30 percent stake on Chile's stock market in the first initial public offering on the Chilean bourse of the year.

The company had previously said it would seek to list up to 460 million shares. ($1 = 541 pesos) (Reporting by Manuel Farias, editing by Gerald E. McCormick)
