May 12 (Reuters) - Canadian integrated oil and gas company Petro-Canada (PCA.TO: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) on Monday sold $1.5 billion of two-part senior unsecured notes, said market sources.
Citigroup Global Markets, Deutsche Bank Securities and HSBC Securities were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
