National Security Solutions files for $200 mln IPO
WASHINGTON, March 14 (Reuters) - National Security Solutions Inc, a blank check company, said on Friday it was planning an initial public offering of as much as $200 million in units.
With each unit costing $10, the company said it has granted the underwriter, Bank of America Securities LLC, the option to buy another 3 million shares to cover over-allotments.
Former U.S. Ambassador Richard Holbrooke is an advisor and former Homeland Security Secretary Thomas Ridge is a director nominee, according to an offering document filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Wilmington, Delaware-based company is seeking an American Stock Exchange listing. (Reporting by John Poirier)
