Longtop Financial raises IPO price to $14-$16

WASHINGTON, Oct 19 (Reuters) - China's Longtop Financial Technologies Ltd on Friday raised the expected price of its planned initial public offering to $14 to $16 per American depositary share from $12 to $14.

The company said in an amended filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it still plans to offer 8.53 million ADSs in the IPO. Shareholders plan to offer an additional 1.91 million ADS.

Longtop has been approved to list its ADSs on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "LFT" (LFT.N).
