Danger Inc files for $100 million IPO
WASHINGTON, Dec 19 (Reuters) - Danger Inc, which provides software to deliver mobile data and Internet services, filed with regulators on Wednesday to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering of common stock.
The Palo Alto, California-based company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that Deutsche Bank Securities and UBS Investment Bank are the lead underwriters for the IPO.
The filing did not disclose how many shares the company expects to sell or at what price. Danger intends to list its stock on the Nasdaq under the symbol "DNGR" DNGR.O. (Reporting by Karey Wutkowski, editing by Phil Berlowitz)
